This morning, Monday, the Syrian democratic forces carried out raids on the crossings with the Assad’s forces areas in Al-Hawayej village in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
D24 network correspondent said that the Syrian democratic forces have confiscated tools used by the smugglers in smuggling crude oil to the Assad regime in the western bank of the Euphrates.
The correspondent noted that military Humvees of the SDF and a number of military vehicles were involved in the raid on the river crossings.
The Syrian Democratic forces have recently increased the raids on the river crossings with Assad’s forces, where a few days ago, they carried out, with participation of the Coalition, a campaign of raids on the river crossings in Ash-Shahil.
It is noteworthy that the Smuggling operations from the SDF-held areas to the Assad forces’ are rampant especially the smuggling of crude oil.
