According to a reporter of the DeirEzzor24 Network, a new artillery weapon is now being used by Iranian-backed militias in Deir Ezzor.
The sources said that the weapon is placed on a medium-sized truck (Inter) that resembles a rocket launcher with a capacity of 6 missiles, and it was tested several days ago in a project and practical demonstration similar to the ground battle in the Mu’ayzilah area south of Albukamal, in which several battalions and air defense factions from various specialties participated.
They added that the new weapon is locally called (the battleship) and fires a distance of 10 km.
It is noteworthy that this weapon will pose a major threat to the bases of the international coalition in the areas controlled by the SDF in Deir Ezzor, as a weapon fired from different locations as it is carried on an equipped vehicle.
