Figures from the al-Quds Liwaa Militia called young men in the town of al-Kharitah and Aiyash in the western Deir Ezzor countryside to join Russian forces.
The figures promised not to send the new recruits to outposts in al-Badiya and sustain their safety from Daesh attacks. Recruits should serve in their own villages for 50,000 Syrian pounds per month.
The al-Quds Liwaa Militia is deployed to villages and towns in the western Deir Ezzor countryside. Sheikhs and dignitaries in the area support the militia.
