Media activists have shared on social media a graphic video that shows several captured and killed regime fighters in the recent battles that broke out against Daesh in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor. In the video, the captured fighters are presenting themselves while several dead corpses of their comrades scattered around them.
Assad regime has not confirmed the capture or the killing of any of its forces in the battles of the eastern countryside. It announced the recapture of the road linking between Al Bukamal and T2 Pumping station.
Daesh has recently launched a series of attacks targeting Assad’s forces positions in the village of Al Hassrat and Al Majawda, as well as Al Baghuz and some positions in the desert of Al Mayadeen.
