An emergency meeting of the Deir Ezzor province Security Committee was held in the Deir Ezzor province building in the presence of the leaders of the security branches and the province police chief, according to what was reported by a DeirEzzor24 reporter.
Accordig to him, tthe meeting came against the backdrop of the explosion that occurred behind the Farmers’ Union building yesterday, which includes the Baath Party branch guarded by the Baath Brigades, which led to the injury of three people despite the tightening of security in the city’s neighborhoods and the use of joint and sudden checkpoints.
The explosion is considered the third of its kind recently, after the bombing of the “Al-Mukhtar headquarters” of Air Force Intelligence and the warehouse of the Criminal Security Branch.
