The second phase of the rehabilitation project of the Citadel Water Station in the city of Al-Sha’fah in Deir Ezzor countryside has been launched, as part of the “Deir Ezzor Spring” campaign, in a step aimed at improving the condition of drinking water services in the region.
The project is being implemented in coordination between the General Organization for Drinking Water in Deir Ezzor and the Concern Organization, where technical teams have begun completing rehabilitation works that include mechanical and electrical aspects, in addition to implementing advanced filtration operations and installing new raw suction filters , which will contribute to raising water quality and increasing pumping efficiency.
It is expected that these works will directly affect the lives of the people in the city of Al-Sha’fah, by improving the quantities of water distributed and ensuring continuity of supply, which will alleviate the suffering of residents in obtaining drinking water.
