DeirEzzor24 exclusive report
The Revolutionary Guards militia fired flares in the southern desert of Al-Mayadeen city, yesterday evening, and in the vicinity of its headquarters in the Al-Haidariya area, after hearing drones flying over the area, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said that the Revolutionary Guards militia was on alert in Al-Mayadeen and deployed a number of anti-aircraft guns on the outskirts of the city, in addition to evacuating most of its military headquarters for fear of being bombed.
He added that the militia transferred a number of foreign leaders from its main headquarters outside the city, and used civilian cars to avoid being targeted.
The past two days have witnessed an escalation in the shelling between the Iranian-backed militias and the coalition forces in several areas of Deir Ezzor.
