Today, Monday, sources revealed to Deir Ezzor 24 network that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia is preparing to establish military bases for its forces near Al-Mayadeen city in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
The sources indicated that the military bases would be set up near the sheep market in Al-Mayadeen city, and that the Revolutionary Guard militia had seized sheepfolds in the area and transformed them into military headquarters.
The sources added that new military headquarters are being established and equipped through Iranian organizations led by Jihad al-Binaa and al-Hussein organizations.
The sources noted that the bases would be dedicated for the members who joined the Revolutionary Guard in Deir Ezzor, and that checkpoints would be erected at some distance from those new headquarters.
The Revolutionary Guard militia also set up military and security stations inside al-Mayadeen town in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
