The Syrian Ministry of Education continues to implement a series of administrative and educational measures in the governorates of Raqqa, Deir Ezzor, and Hasakah, as part of its plan to enhance the stability of the educational process and reunify the educational system, in preparation for the start of the new academic year.
The measures included the reinstatement of previously dismissed educational and administrative staff after completing legal procedures, integrating employees in accordance with approved regulations, auditing their files, and working to fill vacancies in schools to ensure the stability of the educational staff.
On the service side, the Ministry continued to prepare schools by providing seats and textbooks, renovating a number of schools, training thousands of teachers, in addition to opening 2,350 schools and equipping them with basic supplies to receive students.
The Ministry also issued exceptional decisions to address educational loss, allowing students who received their education according to other curricula to take general certificate exams during the academic years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, in conjunction with the implementation of diagnostic tests and compensatory courses aimed at supporting their integration into the national curriculum.
