DeirEzzor24 exclusive report
With the decision to distribute bread via smart cards coming into force in regime Deir Ezzor province a day ago, a new suffering began for the people, represented by not being satisfied with bread.
The decision imposed the distribution of bread at a rate of 2.5 loaves per person per day, which causes a shortage of bread and failure to achieve sufficiency for the family, in addition to not distributing card code devices to some bread dependents as a result of their being stopped at the Fourth Division checkpoint at the entrance to the Panorama.
It should be pointed out that the high prices of fuel and flour prevented the people from being able to overcome the bread crisis in the areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor.
