DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The Iranian Construction Jihad Organization in Al-Bukamal seeks to control a number of villas in the Al-Jami’at neighborhood and the vicinity of the “Fayez Mansour” School in the city of Al-Bukamal in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, according to a DeirEzzor24 network reporter.
Our reporter said that the attempts of the Jihad al-Binaa organization come by pressuring real estate owners to sell them to them, through threats sent to them by members and leaders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia.
He added that if the owners do not accept the sale, the threat will transform their properties into a demolition plan or turn them into military warehouses.
The Iranian Construction Jihad Organization relies on a new method of controlling real estate to relieve tension among the people of the city by buying properties, not taking them by force. This is done through brokers from the people of the region who pay amounts higher than the real value.
The Iranian organization, which follows a civilian approach in form and military force in content, seeks to bring about a demographic change by forming residential complexes similar to barracks that will include families of members coming from outside the city of Al-Bukamal in the future.
