The 4th Division of al-Assad forces mobilized all its forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and began a combing campaign in the Badia, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said that the combing campaign targets the Badia area, which extends from the Salhiya area in the Al-Bukamal countryside, east of Deir Ezzor, to the Al-Sukaria area on the outskirts of the city, following disputes with the National Defense Militia and other smugglers over smuggling routes. Deir Ezzor to avoid passing through the fourth checkpoint.
The Fourth Division had previously arrested members of the National Defense Militia after chasing them on these roads, while securing the aforementioned roads for smugglers sold by the Defense Militia.
