DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The Fourth Division checkpoint in the Panorama area at the southern entrance to the city of Deir Ezzor is imposing high fees on cotton trucks heading towards Hama province, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
He added that the fees exceeded 100,000 SYP for each truck, even though it was officially produced and under agricultural origin by the Farmers’ Union and the old Deir Ezzor.
The fees that are imposed by the Fourth Division come under the pretext of inspecting the load and unloading it on the ground in the Fourth Division’s yard, at the expense of the driver, which is very expensive and requires a lot of time.
