The Education Directorate in Deir Ezzor province announced that employees who were dismissed during the rule of the former regime due to their participation in the revolution, and whose names are listed in the first batch, are invited to visit the directorate to complete the procedures for reinstating them to their jobs.
The directorate clarified through its Telegram channel that the files of those who were not included in the first list will undergo review and study, in preparation for making a decision regarding their return in accordance with legal frameworks.
It also indicated that cases where the individuals have exceeded the legal age will be addressed later in coordination with the Public Insurance and Pensions Institution.
Earlier, in June of this year, the Ministry of Administrative Development had called on employees dismissed from various public institutions due to their participation in the revolution to visit their directorates and submit requests to return to work in all provinces.
This step is part of the government’s efforts to provide justice to employees and address the consequences of the arbitrary dismissals that affected thousands of state workers during the previous regime.
