Under the direct supervision of the American forces, the SDF began removing mines extending from the town of Tabiya Jazirah to the Naft Tourist Club Bridge near the roundabout 7 km north of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzo24 Network.
Our reporter said that the SDF began removing mines with a huge minesweeper, in addition to filling in the trench parallel to the train tracks.
It is noteworthy that the area from which the SDF began removing mines is the first line of contact between the areas controlled by the International Coalition and SDF on the one hand, and the Russian forces, Assad’s forces and Iranian militias on the other hand, northeast of Deir Ezzor.
