DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The Assad regime released the director of education in Deir Ezzor, “Jassem Al-Freij,” after investigations that included corruption charges in Damascus, according to a Deir Ezzor 24 network reporter.
Our reporter indicated that after the intervention of Assad regime figures, including Al-Freij’s acquaintances and relatives, he was acquitted, and the administration’s accountant, Muhammad Al-Dari’i, was held responsible for corruption, who fled outside the Assad regime’s areas of control, taking hundreds of millions with him.
The decision to terminate the assignment of “Al-Farej” was withdrawn, and he is now at the helm of his work as director of education in Deir Ezzor.
