Russian and Assad-regime warplanes conducted yesterday more than twenty-five air raids on Deir Ezzor city and its countryside, leading to the immediate death and injury of tens of civilians.
More than 22 civilians were martyred while a number of others injured, mostly women and children, following air strikes conducted by both Russia and Assad-regime warplanes on the city of Al-Ishaara, Deir Ezzor’s eastern countryside, yesterday.
The death toll from the air strikes on the city of Al-Shaheel yesterday has jumped up to 6 civilian martyrs, with tens of injured.
A 14-years-old child was also martyred by regime and Russian aerial bombardment on the village of Buqruss Fawqani yesterday. It is believed that the village was bombarded with Cluster bombs.
Russian air strike on the Al-Omal neighborhood of Deir Ezzor yesterday has caused the death of a female civilian identified as Huriyat Al-Khudr.
It should be pointed out that Russia started this new wave of deadly air strikes on Deir Ezzor at dawn of yesterday, which was the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.
