Last night, Thursday, the SDF shelled military positions belonging to the Assad’s forces in Al-Quriyah city in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, using heavy machine-guns.
D24 network correspondent confirmed that the SDF fired with heavy machine-guns and RPGs at Al-Quriyah water purification plant east of Deir Ezzor which was transformed into military post by the Assad’s forces.
Another military post of Assad’s forces on the bank of the Euphrates River in Al-Quriyah city was also shelled by the SDF, without knowing the casualties among Assad’s forces and the militias fighting with them.
The posts targeted by the SDF are military posts supervised by the Air Force Intelligence, which manages the crossings between the Assad regime areas and the areas controlled by the SDF.
