The SDF backed by the Coalition artillery and aircraft fire took control of Abu Al-Khater and Abu Al-Hasan towns in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
The control over the two towns came after strengthening control over Hajin city, Daesh main remaining stronghold in its last pocket in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
In its military operation against Daesh, the SDF headed toward Al-Kashmah neighborhood in Ash-Shafah village, where Daesh holed up.
It is noteworthy that Ash-Shafah is the most important of Daesh’s remaining villages in its last pocket in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, and the two sides used hit-and-run operations toward having control over Daesh last village.
