The Russian militias have opened the door to recruitment again for the Fifth Corps of the Russian First Division in Deir Ezzor Governorate, according to a DeirEzzor24 network reporter.
According to the reporter, the Russian Reconciliation Center in the town of Hatla clarified that the civilian volunteers who are not required for compulsory service for Assad’s forces will be examined in the town of Maarshhur in Hama , provided that applications are submitted at the Russian Reconciliation Center in the town of Hatla or at the Sixth Brigade Operations Center in the city of Mayadin.
Russian and Iranian forces are competing on the recruitment of volunteers in Deir Ezzor to dominate the governorate. The Russian announcement of accepting new volunteers came days after the Iranian-backed militias announced that they were recruiting volunteers to their ranks.
