Assad Forces’ Republican Guard deployed dozens of members in the posts near the Euphrates river following the clashes that took place this morning with the Syrian democratic forces (SDF), according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent said that the Russian forces reinforced its presence in the posts near its military bridge, that connects the two banks of the river in Deir Ezzor city.
Violent clashes broke out this morning between Assad’s forces and the SDF on the outskirts of Deir Ezzor city, because of which Russian forces and Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia raised alert.
