The Russian forces honored the so-called Juma’a Muhammad Saeed Al-Mukhtar, known as Al- Ashram, the leader of the Al-Mukhtar faction, which consists of 6 groups affiliated with Air Force Intelligence.
The faction was notorious for receiving royalties, looting homes, and smuggling operations between the SDF and Assad regions, in addition to the drug and stimulant trade, running brothels, and assaulting civilians in Deir Ezzor.
Al-Ashram also supervises the work of a number of precedents, including Abu Daham, who runs the water crossing in Al-Qureya, through which arms, drugs, smoke, fuel and foreign medicines are smuggled and sold, in addition to human trafficking.
By these activities, the Russians try to promote themselves, but every time they fall into the trap of ridicule and criticism, and become the object of ridicule from the people, and fail to achieve their goals. Today, they honored a drug dealer and one of the facilitators of prostitution and looting.
