Today, residents attacked Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)’ outposts in the al-Latwah neighborhood in the town of Thiban. The residents set fire to the outposts and expelled the SDF fighters.
The reason for the attack is the SDF shooting the civilian Ibraheem al-Saleh who sustained major injuries. The incidents forced an International Coalition delegation to intervene by holding a meeting with the residents of Thiban and SDF officials to settle the dispute. Both sides reached an agreement to relocate the fighters who opened fire away from Thiban.
