:DeirEzzor24 exclusive report

The DeirEzzor24 network monitored queues of people in the city of Deir Ezzor at the gates of remittance offices in the city of Deir Ezzor (Al-Haram, Al-Fouad and Al-Fadil).

Our correspondent said that the people are forced to wait from the morning until the afternoon under the pretext of the delay in the arrival of money from the Central Bank, with the aim of blackmailing the people and paying bribes as the people crowd together to receive Eid remittances.

A segment of the people of Deir Ezzor depend on remittances coming from Europe and the Gulf countries, with low wages and salaries in areas controlled by the Assad regime.+
