The source stated that ‘Mortada’ is still in the intensive care unit at the military hospital in Deir Ezzor, and his health condition is critical.
‘Al-Haj Mortada’ is of Iranian nationality and holds a leadership position in the ‘Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas’ camp affiliated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia in the town of Ayash west of Deir Ezzor.
