The Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia (IRGC) reinforced its positions in al-Bukamal badiyah in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
A source told Deir Ezzor 24 network that 50 new recruits were deployed to the IRGC militia points in al-Bukamal. The members arrived in the city on wednesday afternoon after they finished a military training course in the badiyah of al-Syal and al-Jalaa in al-Bukamal countryside.
The IRGC militia continues to recruit the young men of Deir Ezzor into its ranks by luring them with salaries in the light of the province’s deteriorating economic situation.
