On Thursday, National Defense (NDF) militia fighters attacked an Assad regime’s police patrol and smashed its vehicles in front of the Water Establishment in the al-Jorah neighborhood in the city of Deir Ezzor.

The fighters attacked the patrol following a quarrel between two families in the neighborhood. When the police tried to arrest a person who participated in the quarrel, the NDF fighters intervened.

NDF militia’ attacks on the Assad regime police are common in Deir Ezzor, amidst the absence of laws, and weapons chaos in the Assad regime-controlled areas of Deir Ezzor.
