People of Deir Ezzor city are suffering from the theft of water pipes and gutters by members of the National Defense Militia (NDF), according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent said that the police and the NDF militia’s centers received dozens of complaints of thefts proved with photo and video evidence from people, but the leadership of the militia and the police ignored all these complaints.
The NDF militia and security forces members continue to loot civilian properties in Deir Ezzor, and now are looting the door frames, windows and gutters of civilian homes.
