The National Defense Militia has strengthened its deployment in the vicinity of the city of Al-Ashara towards the countryside of Albukamal under the supervision of the commander of the Al-Jafra sector, “Hassan Ghadhban”, in conjunction with the spread of news that the militia intends to establish a concentration checkpoint in the city’s desert.
According to the sources, the point will include members of the Assoud Al Sharqiya militia and the National Defense, in the context of the efforts made by the National Defense to intensify its forces in the area and support its presence.
The militias affiliated with Iran are working to expand their areas of influence in the region and increase their members and checkpoints of concentration.
