Today, Friday, hundreds of people staged protests in Al-Shaitat area in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside against the Assad regime and Iranian militias.
Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent said that similar protests were held in Ash-Shahil town in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, raising slogans against Assad regime and its militias.
The protestors reject the Assad forces entry into in their areas in the eastern Euphrates, asserting that Assad regime is criminal, and will commit crimes against civilians, and that it has no place among them.
The protests, which are held every Friday, confirm the rejection of any understandings with Assad’s forces, as the people of the region reject Assad and will not accept his return.
It is indicated that the protestors called on the international coalition to stand against the attempts of Assad’s forces and Iran to enter the region after they crossed the Euphrates River, stressing that people will not allow this to happen.
