The security committee held a meeting with the reconciliation and settlement committees (both the central and secondary) in Deir Ezzor, which was attended by the head of the state security administration, Brigadier Hossam Loqa. He promised to allow people to move their livestok, water tankers and tractors from SDF-held areas to the Assad’s though the river and land crossings in mid-January, without the need to pay customs to the Fourth Division and the security checkpoints.
It should be noted that the fighters of the 4th Division previously did not comply with the decisions that they must not take money from people and exploit them.
