ISIS carries out a massacre after shelling the besieged neighborhoods of Deir Ezzor, at least six civilians killed

Five civilians were killed today in ISIS shelling of the besieged neighborhoods of Al-Joura and Al-Qusour in Deir Ezzor city.

ISIS is still imposing a siege on the neighborhoods of Deir Ezzor city that are under Assad-regime control, and it continues targeting civilian areas on a daily basis on the pretext that the shelling is aimed at Assad forces and the national defence militia members.
