DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Iranian militias in the city of Al-Bukamal, east of Deir Ezzor prevented truffle collectors from heading to Al-Bukamal desert to search for truffle, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said that the militias prevented civilians from going out to collect truffles under the pretext of the existence of Daesh cells in Al-Bukamal desert, noting that the main reason for the ban is the existence of Iranian militia sites in the desert on the one hand, and the desire of the elements to be alone in collecting and trading truffles, with the price of a kilogram exceeding 600 thousand Syrian pounds.
It should be pointed out that the Iranian militias and Assad’s forces seek to monopolize the collection and trade of truffles in Deir Ezzor, with their prices rising locally and abroad.
