Deir Ezzor governor and the Assad regime’s military leaders refused to receive a representative of families of fighters in the Assad’s forces ranks.
The families visit took place to submit a request to the Assad regime’s ministry of defense, demanding the reveal of their sons’ fate who are serving in the Assad’s forces ranks and have disappeared since 2012.
But, according to special sources for D24 network, the governor of Deir Ezzor refused to receive them, informing them that he did not have enough time to meet them.
The families, who returned to the city after local reconciliation, called on Assad’s forces and the National defense militia in Deir Ezzor to stop the arrests and to disclose the fate of their sons, who were arrested two months ago in Deir Ezzor, and till now their fate is unknown.
Recent arrests by the Assad’s forces in Deir Ezzor have also affected people who played a role in reconciliation with the Assad regime.
The actions of the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor caused resentment and anger among the people in Deir Ezzor province.
