According to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network, the subscription price for private electricity generators “amperes” in the city of Albukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, has increased during the past few days.
Our correspondent said that the price of one ampere has increased from 25 to 30 thousand Syrian pounds per week, with the daily operating hours reduced from 5 to 4 hours.
It is noteworthy that the generator owners justified the increase in the price of the ampere and the reduction in the number of operating hours, with the increase in fuel prices, which led to dozens of residents canceling their subscriptions, due to their inability to pay its value.
