The Directorate of Agriculture in Deir Ezzor city sent a tanker of potable water to the Kabajib area in the southern Deir Ezzor desert, which witnessed the return of some families during the current week, according to a reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network .
Our reporter said that the Governor of Deir Ezzor, Mr. “Hussein Al-Salama”, ordered a program to provide the people of the Kabajib area with drinking water and to identify their most important needs.
He added that approximately 30 families returned to the area after they were displaced years ago, and some residents confirmed the return of the remaining families soon.
The Kabajib area is witnessing the return of a group of families who had left it more than 10 years ago, due to the transformation of their area into a military zone by Assad’s forces.
