Farmers in Deir Ezzor are facing serious suffering with the Assad regime opening the reception of the yellow corn crop, according to a DeirEzzor24 reporter.
According to the reporter, the first problem lies in the distant location of the only reception center, which is situated in the town of Al-Tibni, west of Deir Ezzor , and the second is the lack of a corn dryer throughout the governorate and the institution’s requirement that farmers hand over dry corn.
It is worth mentioning that in addition to these problems, there is an increase in transportation costs and the theft of goods and money at the security checkpoints of the regime forces and the Fourth Division.
