The Deir Ezzor Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with Fajr Al-Jazeera Oil Services Company (FAPSC), launched a specialized training program for petroleum and petrochemical engineering students, according to the standards of the American Petroleum Institute (API), under the auspices of the Chamber for a period of two weeks, as part of its efforts to qualify young talents and link educational outcomes to the needs of the labor market.
The program aims to provide participants with practical knowledge and skills in accordance with the best international professional practices, which enhances their readiness to engage in the oil and energy sector, and raises their technical and professional efficiency.
The Deir Ezzor Chamber of Commerce and Industry affirmed that investment in human resource development and technical skills development constitutes a fundamental pillar for achieving economic development, noting the importance of strengthening partnerships between academic institutions and the private sector to keep pace with reconstruction requirements and contribute to supporting the future of the energy and industrial sectors in Syria.
