Deir Ezzor 24 network obtained new details about the landing operation carried out by the international Coalition against Daesh cells in Al-Tukayhi town in Deir Ezzor countryside.
In the details, the international coalition forces, with the participation of the SDF, managed to kill Ragheb Hussein Ahmed al-Ibrahim, a leader of Daesh, following violent clashes near his home.
Military sources confirmed to Deir Ezzor 24 network, that the leader in Daesh “Ragheb al-Ibrahim”, is the security official for the activities of Daesh cells in several areas of Deir Ezzor countryside, especially the area known as the Triangle “Al-Bassirah – Ash-Shahil – Al-Tukayhi”.
The international coalition forces were also able to kill an element of Daesh after he clashed with the SDF, and arrested four people suspected to be Daesh elements in Deir Ezzor countryside.
The security operation also resulted in the killing of Abdul Hamid al-Faihan, an element of the 6th Regiment of the SDF, and the injury of a number of elements, as a result of the clash with Daesh cells.
According to the military sources, the international coalition forces and the SDF found an arms depot of Daesh near the railway in the area.
