Daesh’s statement with regard to performance of Hajj, which was issued in Albu Kamal, Deir Ezzor, yesterday
As Hajj season is near, Daesh in Albu Kamal issued conditions for those who want to perform Hajj this year in a statement distributed to the people in the city yesterday.
In the released statement, Daesh requires the following documents:
- Two photos
- A copy of ID
- The person who wants to perform Hajj must have a Tazkiya at least by two Daesh’s members. Tazkiya means that you must be vouched for by an already existing Daesh member.
It also requires that the persons who want to go to Hajj must prove that they will return to the organization-held territory after performance of the annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca. One of the requirement it presents is that they must have a specific documented property, whether it is a house or something else, in its held areas, which is a condition adopted with regard to anyone who want to travel outside Daesh-held areas, no matter what the reason can be.
The statement also requires them to provide a copy of a Sharia session they attended before. Hajj application is also limited to those born in 1970 or below.
