Today, Sunday 27-10-2019, Daesh spread threatenings in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
In the detail, operatives of Daesh threw leaflets today in Al-Hawayej and Diban towns east of Deir Ezzor. The leaflets contained direct threatenings from Daesh to all those working with the Syrian democratic forces (SDF).
The leaflets also included orders to the people of the region, especially women, to wear the Islamic dress or they will be held accountable by the organization.
It is worth mentioning that such threatenings have been repeated by Daesh more than once, which pushed a number of Deir Ezzor employees and teachers to leave their jobs for fear of being attacked by Daesh.
In the same context, a few days ago, unidentified operatives of Daesh have carried out a campaign to collect zakat from the people of the Deir Ezzor countryside (east of the Euphrates), in addition to imposing taxes on the venture capitalists and landowners.
It is noteworthy that the eastern Euphrates areas of Deir Ezzor countryside, which are under the control of SDF and the international coalition, occasionally witness activities of Daesh cells, despite the ongoing security operations carried out by the international coalition and the SDF.
