Daesh carried out a massacre yesterday after arbitrarily bombing the Wadi street in the Joura neighborhood, which led to the death of dozens of civilians, and the wounding of more than 40 others, including women and children. Some of the wounded are still in a critical condition, amid a deteoriarting medical care and a sharp shortage of medical cadres and equipment.
Based on the information we recivved, the organization shelled the neighborhood with dozens of mortar shells.
Daesh had previously bombarded the same neighborhood with mortar shells, which also resulted in dozens of civilian casualties and massive material damages.
