Civilians in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor have increased their complainnts recently, due to the low quality of the bread sold through the bakeries in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that the people demanded the supply committee in the Deir Ezzor Civil Council to improve the quality of bread by monitoring the work of the bakeries and the behavior of the observers assigned to supervise the bakeries.
The majority of bakery owners sell flour intended for baking, in coordination with a number of bakery inspectors, in return for paying money to buy the observers’ silence.
