This morning, Friday, The international coalition forces launched a security and military campaign on the crossings used to smuggle oil from areas east of the Euphrates to the Assad regime-controlled areas on the west bank of the river.
According to sources of D24 network, the international coalition forces burnt all the tankers used to transport oil products to the Assad regime areas.
The sources confirmed that the international coalition bombed river ferries on the bank controlled by the Assad regime, amid extensive overflights by the international coalition aircraft in Deir Ezzor province.
The international coalition helicopters bombarded the river ferries which carry the oil from Ash-Shahil crossing in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside to the areas of the Assad regime.
The campaign was launched to prevent smuggling into the areas of the Assad regime, and It is the second campaign in less than a month, but this one was stronger than the previous one.
It is noteworthy that the international Coalition seeks to prevent oil smuggling to the areas of the Assad regime to tighten the sanctions against the Assad regime.
