DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Today, the British Oxfam organization, licensed by the Assad regime, which works to alleviate poverty, began distributing cash aid to 400 families from the town of Khasham in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
The aid amounts to about 427,000 SYP for each family, which is received from the Al-Fouad office in Deir Ezzor, according to text messages that reach the recipients’ phone numbers, while it is considered a first payment, followed by another payment after several months, as part of the organization’s targeting of the area.
