The streets of the city of Al-Bukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, experienced an intense security deployment of joint patrols, led by military security, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
According to the reporter, the patrols were deployed throughout most of the streets of Al-Bukamal and in the city’s market. Then, they randomly arrested dozens of young men, for failing to serve and evading their points (the defense militia and the local militias), and they were taken directly to the military police branch.
During the past few days, most of the areas under the control of the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor witnessed the fleeing and defection of a number of elements, due to the American strikes.
