The Commander of the National Defense (ND) militia in Deir Ezzor joined the race of high-ranking investment along with other lords of war in the eastern al-Mayadeen countryside. Lately, al-Iraqiya has purchased land on the highway in the village of al-Quriyah to build a gas station.
Earlier, al-Iraqiya purchased a gas station, which is out of service, on the al-Salihiya highway. Later, he rehabilitated it under the cover of strong relations with oil traders and smugglers in al-Jazeera, amidst the lack of fuel in the area.
Due to his growing financial and military influence, and his relations with influential figures, al-Iraqiya was able to win contracts of investment and contractions in the city of Deir Ezzor by figures and companies assisting him.
