A historical step forward was made by Al-Furat University with which the research centre was re-activated after a long time span being inactive that lasted for 14 years.
This was accomplished with support of the Head of University , Prof. Dr. Munir A’roud and with huge efforts put by university head deputy for scientific affairs, Doctor Ali Emrair, and accurate follow-up by research centre manager, Doctor A’mr Majeed Agha.
The new start of the centre began with the first Master Degree research by student Wa’el Al Mustafa under the supervision of both Doctor Yasser Salama and Doctor Omar Abdullah.
This research is considered as the beginning of a series of research activities that aim to boost the university’s ability in the realm of high studies and scientific research.
The re-activation of this centre is considered as an important step forward in the re-construction of the university scientific research structure and it greatly contributes to the service of the local community and boosting sustainable development. This accomplishment ensures the attention of the university management to make supportive academic environment available for high studies students.
