Deir Ezzor 24 network obtained exclusive photos from Khsham town in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, which has been under the control of Assad’s forces since 2017.
The photos from the town show the massive scale of destruction and rubble caused by the Russian and Syrian warplanes bombings on the town before taking over it, without Assad’s forces, or those affiliated with them dealing with this rubble, which hinders the movement of citizens, and poses dangers on their lives.
It is indicated that Assad’s forces and the Iranian militias have been in control of Khsham town, Tabiya Jazeera, Marrat, Hatlah, and Al-Salhiyah “east of the Euphrates” for two years, during which Assad regime has been focusing on the military aspects in these towns, and completely neglected all other civil, economic and services aspects.
