A woman died and two people were severely injured after being run over by a rampaging horse cart, between Port Said Street and Al-Safa Mosque in Deir Ezzor city, according to activists.
A DeirEzzor24 local reporter said that the driver of a horse-drawn cart lost control of the horse and began attacking cars and pedestrians, which led to the death of a woman and the injury of two people who were next to her.
A Public Security patrol chased the horse for a long distance and opened fire on it to be able to kill it and control the situation.
